SeoJama ("we", "us") provides SEO auditing, rank tracking and content tools at seojama.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address and password (hashed), or your Google profile (name, email, avatar) if you sign in with Google.
- Workspace & site data — the websites you add, crawl results, SEO scores, issues, keywords you track, and reports we generate for you.
- Billing information — handled by Stripe; we never store your card details, only your subscription status and Stripe customer reference.
- Usage data — log and device information (IP address, browser, pages visited) used for security, rate limiting and improving the product.
Google user data
If you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics, we access — with your explicit consent — read-only data such as search queries, clicks, impressions, positions and traffic metrics for the websites you choose. We use this data solely to power your dashboard, recommendations and reports inside SeoJama. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except for security, compliance or with your consent. You can disconnect Google access at any time from your workspace's Integrations page or via your Google Account permissions.
SeoJama's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use information
- Provide and improve the service (audits, rankings, recommendations, reports).
- Generate AI-assisted recommendations and content you request — site content and metrics may be processed by our AI providers for that purpose.
- Send transactional email (verification, password resets, invitations, notifications you enable).
- Process payments and prevent abuse and fraud.
Service providers
We share data only with processors needed to run SeoJama: Amazon Web Services (hosting, email, storage), Cloudflare (networking, bot protection), Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in and the integrations you connect), and AI/search providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Perplexity, Serper) for the analysis features. Each receives only what is necessary.
Retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. Deleting a workspace removes its scans and data; deleting your account removes your personal information, subject to legal/billing record requirements. Contact us to request deletion.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for sessions and security. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data from your account settings or by contacting us.
