These terms govern your use of SeoJama at seojama.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
SeoJama provides website SEO audits, scores, AI recommendations, rank tracking, competitor analysis, content tools and reports. Results are informational — search engines change constantly and we don't guarantee rankings or traffic outcomes.
Your account
- You're responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.
- You may only scan and connect websites you own or are authorized to analyze.
- You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent where you live).
Plans & billing
- Paid plans renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until cancelled; payment is processed by Stripe.
- You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Plan limits (pages crawled, keywords tracked, AI content, workspaces, seats) are described on the pricing page and may be tuned over time.
- Promotional pricing applies per its stated conditions (e.g. capped redemptions).
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scan, crawl or track websites you have no right to analyze;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service;
- resell the service or circumvent plan limits, rate limits or bot protections;
- use the service for unlawful content or activity.
Your content & data
You keep ownership of your sites and the content you create (including AI-assisted drafts you generate). You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — crawling your pages, storing results, and processing connected data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may add, change or retire features, and may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeoJama is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts for breach of these terms, with notice where practical.
